Abstract:
This paper discusses the speed of an electromagnetic wave as a variable which depends on its medium of propagation.
It obtains initial perspective from classical electromagnetism, and proposes the possibility of Super-c travel in certain mediums.
It then goes on to discuss what related theories in Physics have to say about that possibility.
